REVIEW:
Just taken a quick look at the vigour scores for PR46W21 and Cabernet and can confirm for the 2012 season, autumn vigour (autumn 11) across 14 sites, Cabernet had a vigour score on average of 6.8 and W21 7.2 - these are visual assessments and thus we can conclude there is next to no difference for autumn vigour. Regarding spring vigour in 2012 season (spring 12) across four sites Cabernet was visually rated on average 5.4 against W21 at 6.7. Again given just two varieties to look at and not 36 I guess you may be able to argue a) is earlier than b) but when assessing an entire recommended list on any given day I suspect variations are less distinct.
