KWS Alderon is a very high yielding hard feed variety producing excellent yields and physical grain quality from both late autumn drilling and in the spring.
Recommended – Mid October onwards
Completely depends on sowing date, these varieties can be sown from mid October onwards. Seed rates would be as you would winter wheat, these are all vigorous tillerers, SR 350—450 as time passes and seed beds dictate
KWS Alderon is a very high yielding hard feed wheat, as well as high yields, it produces excellent physical grain quality. From late Autumn sowings KWS Alderon produces yields just 2% below that of the leading late sown winter wheat variety Conqueror.
