MAKRO joined the Spring Oilseed Rape HGCA Descriptive List in November 2011 and continues to be the leading variety on the list. Makro was one of the first spring hybrids to be introduced into the UK. The limited seed which was available performed exceptionally well on farm.
MAKRO Features:-
• The highest gross output(109%) which is made up of the highest seed yield (107%) and one ofthe highest oil contents (44.7%) on the list.
• Has performed very consistently in trials
• Has the vigorous growth habit which is associated with autumn grown hybrids
