Concerto x Quench
Overture is a very high yielding spring malting barley with good agronomic characteristics. Overture has good physical grain characteristics with a high specific weight and low screening levels.
Overture has a very high potential in treated trials, 1% above Shuffle and 8% above Optic. Untreated yield is excellent, 4% above Shuffle. Overture has a similar straw length and lodging resistance to Optic, combined with very good brackling resistance.
